Is there a dry cleaner that picks up and delivers near me in NYC?

Yes. Prestige offers complimentary pickup and next-day delivery to the front desk concierge at over 85 residential buildings across New York City, including Hudson Yards, Chelsea, Midtown West, Tribeca, Battery Park City, the Upper East and Upper West Sides, Roosevelt Island, and the Brooklyn waterfront. How fast is dry cleaning pickup and delivery?

Most orders are returned to your building the next day. You can track the status of every item from intake to drop-off in the Prestige app.

Do I have to be home for pickup or delivery?

No. We collect from and deliver to your front desk concierge, so nothing depends on you being home, and no one you haven’t met needs access to your apartment.

Is Prestige an approved vendor in my building?

In many luxury residential communities, yes. Prestige is an established in-building provider working directly with management and front-desk staff. Search your building above, or simply ask your concierge about Prestige.

Is your dry cleaning actually eco-friendly?

Yes, and it’s certified rather than claimed. Prestige has been a New York State DEC-certified environmental dry cleaner since 1999. We clean in GreenEarth® solvent, a silicone-based solution similar in makeup to liquefied sand; we use Green Seal Certified® products for housekeeping; and we run New York City’s first all-electric delivery fleet.
