Prestige is not a drop-off counter that ships your clothes off-island to a stranger. We have a real storefront on Roosevelt Island, staffed by our own people, backed by one of the most advanced dry cleaning facilities in New York City.

Every garment is cleaned in GreenEarth® solvent under our direct supervision, hand-inspected, and tracked from intake to drop-off in the Prestige app. Whether you walk in or hand off to your front desk, it is the same care.

Dry Cleaning

A multi-step process with stain identification and pre-treatment, then gentle cleaning in eco-friendly GreenEarth® solvent. Regular dry cleaning doesn’t just keep clothes looking better. It extends their life.

Laundered Shirts

Comprehensive stain treatment, careful washing, and thorough pressing, finished with a check for loose buttons and stray threads. Folded or on a hanger, your choice.

Wash & Fold

Separated and washed by fabric so colors stay bright, whites stay white, and delicates come back in perfect condition. Everything is returned neatly folded and ready to put away.

Specialty Garment Care

  • Wedding gown cleaning, restoration, and heirloom preservation, with acid-free boxing and museum-conservator methods
  • Leather and suede cleaning, with oils and pigments restored
  • Fur cleaning, glazing, and temperature-controlled vault storage
  • Custom tailoring and alterations by on-site tailors and seamstresses
  • Seasonal storage for coats, formalwear, and off-season wardrobes
